A pressure equalization tank in a potable water pressure system prevents the pump from frequently turning on and off during minor pressure fluctuations. JABSCO's PAR pressure equalization tanks have an integrated diaphragm and operate independently according to presetting. They can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and no separate drainage is required prior to winter storage.
